BIOGRAPHY

 

I was born on October 20, 1948 in Tampa, Florida.  I have lived in Tampa, Florida all my life, except for my advanced education. 

I started private practice in Tampa, Florida in March 1975, and have continued to this day.

 

I am married to Loraine Parrino Loper, also a native of Tampa.  We have one son, Byron A. Loper and a daughter-in-law, Kristy D. Loper.  Both are college graduates and employed in Orlando, Florida.
